We hope your experience with EaseAura is as smooth and comfortable as possible. As a home wellness brand, our goal is to help you relax, recover, and feel better at home. That said, we understand you may still have some questions, and we’re here to help.

Shipping and Delivery

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days due to high demand for our home wellness products. If inventory is limited at your nearest fulfillment center, your order may ship from our overseas warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 9–12 business days after processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking number to become fully active in the carrier’s system. Even if tracking updates are delayed, your package is already on the way. After the tracking information is updated, you can track your shipment through your local postal service or carrier’s website.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact our customer support team. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved. This allows you to receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed, there is only a short window to make changes. If you believe you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. EaseAura is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. If you still need help, please reach out to our support team and we will work with you to find a solution.
